• Recently, I watched R and B Divas LA and Lil Mo, Claudette, Miche'le and Chante Moore performed their "Divas Monologues"

Michele performed where she announced her suicide attempt three years ago, that had me thinking about how so many others have had the same thoughts and have continued to have those thoughts or completely change their lives.

In order to feel like LIFE IS WORTH LIVING, you must fully LOVE YOURSELF!!

_________________________________________________________________________________Life can become difficult to the point where it blinds you from the positive things in your life or in the lives of others but you have to remember that your life can and will get better, it is just a matter of time. You may feel terrible, fight through the difficulties of life.

1. First, you must check yourself. Make sure you are living right and how you believe God would want you to live before you blame life's problems or trials on anyone else.
2. Secondly, check the people you have around you. Often times, we are suffering because we take on the burdens of others problems like we don't have our own business that we can barely handle. God 1st, You 2nd, then others..................
3. Lastly, start praying, gain more faith, write down the positive things in your life. Notice, if you laugh and smile more, you want have to be upset or think about suicide. Do what makes YOU Happy!!

In West Hollywood, Los Angelos at Bootsy Bellows. First, let me say, I didn't know they were still together but I'm happy for them. I think Diamond is so pretty but that hair is a mess. I don't like these platinum/brown braids but I loved her with the bob a few years back.

We haven't seen  her in a while but this is what she  had to say to Ebony Magazine about leaving 106 &Park,
"It’s all love with BET and it will always be. I support BET and they support me 100 percent with my future endeavors. We communicated about what was going on. It’s the TV and entertainment world and you have to prepare yourself for transitions that may come. Change is inevitable. I have grown to understand that it’s just a part of life. It allows you to learn more about yourself. It can be scary or it can be exciting, and whether you like the situation or not you have to keep it moving and make the best of it." 

Miss Mykie will be using Instagram videos to have her own first ever talk-show

Great Idea to be Innovative but Videos on Instagram are only 15 sec, is that enough time to say anything about Pop Culture!! Idk yet but we'll see!!

ABOUT US IN AMERICA
Below is just a few things that I was thinking about it, and I was wondering what you were thinking also. So, sit down and relax as you read this post and try to think about what I am saying and if its any truth to it. It's time to get up, get out and get something!!

---- We call ourselves LAND of the Free--- But who is truly free?? R we honestly able to do what it is that we set out to do whether bad, good or indifferent. How are we Free when there are limitations on how we can dress, speak, act and be???

Do I believe there should be limitations? Of course I do because I believe that as humans with minds(the ability to think), we can come up with various things to do that are not in God's will.



I've spoken to people who have made decisions based off  feeling like they have no other option but we live in America, the home of the brave and land of the free, right???


America is named after Amerigo Vespucci, the Italian explorer who set forth the then revolutionary concept that the lands that Christopher Columbus sailed to in 1492 were part of a separate continent. A map created in 1507 by Martin Waldseemüller was the first to depict this new continent with the name "America," a Latinized version of "Amerigo."

I often wonder why we have so many stereotypes because as far as life has taken us, that is all that we have seen or known to be true. I know that as people we were created by God whom we should put as the leader of our lives and we should follow?? But should we at all measures except boundaries that are set by past laws, actions and rules. I have grown to see that we as the American People go along with Obama, when he says CHANGE but are we honestly ready to, as I write this know that I am also speaking to myself. Am I ready to except Change? I know that in order to except change, I must be willing to change and I am not quite sure if  I am willing to change completely.

• What type of change am I speaking of?

- I am mainly talking about the setup of this country and the things that we have become accustomed too.  I believe as Americans, we feel entiltled or a sense of ownership over things that do not belong to us when in actuality what work have we put in to receive these things like we automatically assume that things in this world will be given to us. You have to put in to get out just like an an ATM, you put your card in, you get some money out unless your account is empty which means that you haven't put anything in or you've already taken everythhing out. Think about IT>>>>>>>>>>>

Think About It, This is like a church sermon, apply into you or your life in some way, form or fashion!! (LOL)

Lil Scrappy and Shay???? Is this what you expected to see on Wednesday, May 15th, probably after watching Monday's episode of Love and Hip Hop

Lil Scrappy and Erica Dixon appear to be over for now. Momma Dee’s wish was granted. Lil’ Scrappy attended Uptown Magazine’s Project13 event in Atlanta, on Monday without his fiancee. Shay was seen on his arm.
Erica Dixon was also at the event and reportedly avoided the twosome. Instead she posed solo on the red carpet without her engagement ring and responded:

I do give back, just gave my scraps away……..

What I will say is that I feel sorry for Shay at times because she has her heart invested in Scrappy but I do believe that Scrappy has his heart a little more invested in Erica but he doesn't know how to be faithful to Erica, and at this point of Erica's life, she doesn't feel like dealing with it.    -Marshay

HEALTH in April 2013

Hello Ladies and Gentlemen and Everything In Between:

THIS MONTH: I want to let you know that it's not what you eat but it's how you eat!!


If you eat less portions of the same food you eat now, you will be full for longer. Doctors state "It is best to eat until your 75% full not completely full or stuffed."

 
I am one of the biggest advocates for exercise!! I am the type of person who will eat what I want but you have to be willing to work that off if you want to stay in shape.

I do not believe that you have to eat only healthy foods to be healthy because I love my chicken nuggets and French fries. I am not giving up eating McDonald's until I feel it negatively affects my health!!

These are a few short exercise videos I do by @RosaAcosta

You will eat less because often we stuff ourselves when we are really thirsty. Eat sufficient portions then drink a bottle of water, you will feel much fuller.




Another thing I want you to do and don't be afraid to- is EAT!!

• For those of you who like to skip meals because you're on a diet, I'll tell you that is one of the worst ways to try to lose weight. The more you eat, you speed up your metabolism.

KEYNote: *I am not telling you to eat up everything you see but enjoy the food you eat and understand how bad decisions can affect your HEALTH

The GOAL IS TO BE HEALTHY< NOT THIN< NOT SKINNY< NOT FAT< NOT BONY BUT HEALTHY
