Hello Ladies and Gentlemen and Everything In Between:
                                                           

In this world, so many people call others fake or have been called fake before.

Below is the definition of Hypocrisy and I want you to reevalautate the who in the situation is a hypocrite. In life, we sometimes overlook our own truth to demean another human. We have to realize the part of us that is not being completely honest. I always say "be honest with yourself."

• Have you ever sat with your friends and discussed another friends relationship with her spouse?
• Have you ever answered the phone and received someone screaming "Did you hear what happened to 'so and so'?" 
• Have you ever called a sibling to discuss your problems with another sibling?
• Have you ever changed what you believe in to create peace?
• Have you ever settled for less than what you deserve?
• Have you ever told a white lie as you like to call it?   *A lie is a lie is a lie.
• Have you ever acted like someone your not?
• Have you ever went against your religion or faith to satisfy man (human)?
• Have you ever felt you were capable of more than you put out?
• Have you called someone fake or been called fake?

This is a question that many of us would quickly yell "no", too but are we being completely honest with ourselves. I am not calling everyone hypocrites but at some point of our lives we have to realize, we at one point experienced hypocrisy. We should speak with the person who is being FAKE and help.

Don't Point Fingers SO Fast, Check yourself first and if the person is proven guilty of being fake, PRIVATELY, discuss the situation. 

Follow the steps below:

1. Ask the (accused hypocrite) does she/he notice his/her behavioral change.
2. If he/she acknowledges it, discuss why she/he may be acting this way. If he/she does not acknowledge it, give it TIME. Sometimes, it is difficult for someone to accept something that is new or they may have never thought about. If you mention it, they may give it second thought.
3. Discuss possible changes and/or anything you can do to better the situation.

Major Hint: Don't fake religion or anything for that matter because God is always watching.

Father's Day is a celebration honoring fathers and celebrating fatherhood, paternal bonds, and the influence of fathers in society. Many countries celebrate it on the third Sunday of June, but it is also celebrated widely on other days. Father's Day complements Mother's Day, a celebration that honors mothers and motherhood.

• What is a Father? A Father is protective, supportive, guides his children in the right direction but does not control their every decision.

This brings us to Proverbs 22:6, “Train a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not turn from it.” To “train” indicates the first instruction that a father and mother give to a child, i.e., his early education. The training is designed to make clear to children the manner of life they are intended for. To commence a child's early education in this way is of great importance.

                                                   

Ephesians 6:4 is a summary of instructions to the father, stated in both a negative and positive way. “Fathers, do not exasperate your children; instead, bring them up in the training and instruction of the Lord.”

At only 4'10, she has a voice that is larger than life!
Her 2004 self-titled debut album, which included Ciara on its lead single "Promise Ring," made a small splash on the charts but never received the hype it deserves. Fortunately, Evans didn't let that deter her dreams. She forged ahead and continued to create great music. In the years to come, she would join and leave Mathew Knowles' Music World record label, calling that time in her life a "season" and saying that she was "grateful" for the opportunity. Since then, Evans has been quietly working on a new EP, Take 1, which is the first of two installments. Evans tells ESSENCE.com exclusively that Take 1 will be released later this month and part two will be available by summer's end. Read what the R&B singer has to say about the first single, "If You Love Me," which is available below. Plus, she's got big news for her  fans – she's expecting a little bundle of joy this October!

ESSENCE.com: You've been quietly recording new music for a while now. Tell us about your new new EP, Take 1.
TIFFANY EVANS: Over the last two years, I've been growing and going through things like love. I don't want to say this EP is exposing, but it is to me. When I first came out I didn't write anything. My fans have never heard any music written by me. I thought it was important to do so this time around. I also thought it was important for me to experience life and go through things to write about them from a true place. I wanted this project to be organic. I had to take myself down a notch and go through love and write about it. The direction of Take 1 is very funky, very soulful, very R&B. It's womanly. It's me starting over. It's me reintroducing myself to everyone and finally establishing who I am as an artist. It's a real coming of age project for me. This EP was also the quickest way to give new music to my fans. I've been working on it all by myself, I feel like that chance now to really establish who I am music wise and who I am as an artist. This is that chance for me.

ESSENCE.com: You mentioned love quite a few times and your first single is titled "If You Love Me." What is it about?
EVANS: It's about a couple breaking up. When I hear a lot of songs, it's about men pursuing the girl, saying he wants to stay with her. This time around I'm not asking for another chance, but I'm the one pursuing him. I tell him let's get real. Let's stick it out. Let's get strong. The song is really about sticking by someone, loving someone through it all. It's one of the most emotional records that I've ever written and it's one of my favorites. I just hope it helps someone. I wrote in 15 minutes because I was going through that situation. (Stream single below)

ESSENCE.com: You've been around for nearly a decade. What do you want to accomplish this time around?
EVANS: I really want more people to hear who I am and get to know me. I think for as long as I've been around I feel like I've never exposed myself. I feel like I owe that to my fans. Not just through my music, but my life as well. This EP is allowing me to open myself up musically. It's allowing fans to hear what's in my head. I think from this EP they will know what type of person I am outside of music.

ESSENCE.com: How do you fight the need to compete against the Rihannas and the Beyoncés of the music industry?
EVANS: They are amazing artists and I respect them for their craft. But honestly, I do not focus on other female artists. Sometimes when you're looking at other people you can lose yourself. I just want make myself known for my fans. I just want them to know who I am. I don't want to compete with anyone. I want to push myself. You truly can't do that if you're competing with everyone else. I really want to be the greatest I can be.

ESSENCE.com: Who's your celebrity crush? 
EVANS: Well… might I say, I don't have a celebrity crush considering I'm married! (giggles and laughs) No one knows. I've been married for two years. He is the love of my life and I love him very much. His name is Lorenzo. He's a really a cool guy and we're expecting something else as well – our first child together. I am six months pregnant. No one has seen me and I've been waiting the proper time to say something about it. I'm so happy and I'm so excited and I'm having a girl. It's so big and wonderful to me. It's an amazing experience and I wish guys could go through this. It's life changing.

I seen Tiffany Evans at the 2008 Catwalk Classics and fell in love with her voice.

I then watched Diary of a Mad Black Woman and noticed how beautiful her voice was in the film.

I searched this performance on youtube and found so many other videos including her singing "You and Me".

Tiffany has one of the best voices out but has not been heard to the degree that she deserves.Tiffany proved she could dance in "you won't be able to find me."I wish her all the success in the world.

Chris Brown

Hello Ladies and Gentlemen and Everything In Between:
Lately, I've noticed Chris Brown performances have caused me to be very upset. I get upset because Chris Brown has the potential to be one of the best artist in the industry but I feel he is stuck on a level of expectations that he has not filled. This level is a level where people expect good performances out of him and for him to look good. He fills this expectation and does this type of performance over and over again. Such as his "Turn Up the Music" performances on the Today show, Grammy's and Billboard Award Shows.
I do not like the song Turn Up The Music in the first place because it is very cheerleaderish to me and I like soulful, meaningful songs. On the Grammy's, I believe an artist of his caliber should perform something mind blowing and refreshing not a song that he has performed everywhere else, the exact same way.

• Chris Brown is an American singer, songwriter, rapper, dancer and actor.
•  Born in Tappahannock, Virginia.
•  Brown taught himself to sing and dance at a young age and was involved in his church choir and several local talent shows.

I am sick of hearing about Chris brown's twitter beef almost every week. I believe twitter is a great outlet for artist to communicate with fans and give fans a sense of personal relationship with the artist.
Chris Brown needs to be humbled and ignore ignorance. if he receives tweets that are not to his liking, he should ignore it. Chris has to mature to the point where he is confident in who he is and has no need for reassurance from people. It's for the best!!

A Four Letter Word that causes pain, guilt, shame, relief, and energy? It ends with an E. 

Unzip-pen your past hurts and past pain, the things you've experience, you wouldn't want any other to do the same. I understand that it hurts but like Tyra says "You cannot allow yourself to become a victim of it but you must learn and grow from it.
