HEALTH in May

Hello Ladies and Gentlemen and Everything In Between:

I'm into doing quick 30 day challenges just for the fun of it and seeing if it actually works but I know that BEING HEALTHY is a lifelong pursuit and desire which takes constant work.

Taking care of your health is worth it, I'm not telling you to be a specific size or weigh a certain amount, JUST BE HEALTHY_______-_______

Did you join in the 30 day squat?? I started but never finished!! 


You will always have to get constant check-ups at the DOCTORS
Constant cleanings at the DENTIST

At least an hour a day of EXERCISE

Eat Fruits and VEGETABLES

and the list could go on and on...........
